According to the Victim or his/her Counsel:
Dismay at the decision of the Department of Correctional Services to unilaterally withdraw disciplinary proceedings against warders involved in acts of torture against the author and others. The withdrawal of disciplinary proceedings was communicated to the relevant warders in September 2013, two months before the claim for civil damages was to be heard before the High Court. The High Court is currently hearing the civil damages claims of the author and some of the other 230 victims.
