According to the Victim or his/her Counsel:
The State party 'respectfully disagrees' with the Committee's decision, which it has therefore not implemented. It did, however, provide the Committee with some information on new rules for the cancellation of visas which give greater weight to the duration of the individual's residence in Australia. The victim is currently homeless in Sweden. He cannot find a job because of the language barrier, his criminal records, and mental illness.
