FactsAt its meeting on 7 November 2024, the Human Rights Committee decided to discontinue consideration of communication No. 4311/2023, in view of the fact that on 2 September 2024, counsel confirmed that author had departed from the State party and returned to her home country, and agreed to the discontinuance of the communication.
