FactsAt its meeting on 7 November 2024, the Human Rights Committee decided to discontinue consideration of communication No. 3260/2018, owing to the facts that the author was granted permanent residence in Canada on 4 October 2024, which the author confirmed on 30 October 2024, having accepted the State party’s request for discontinuance.
