FactsAt its meeting on 28 March 2017, the Human Rights Committee decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 2263/2013 for failure by the counsel to respond to the Committee’s requests for comments regarding the State party’s observations and because the authors’ current whereabouts were unknown.
