Submission:
The Human Rights Committee, established under article 28 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Meeting on 2 November 2015, Decides to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 2553/2015 because the author and the State party have reached an agreement on the substantive issue raised in the communication and the author and his child are no longer at risk of deportation to Italy.
