The Human Rights Committee, established under article 28 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Meeting on 2 November 2015, Decides to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 2320/2013 because the author and the State party have reached an agreement on the substantive issue raised in the communication and the author is no longer at risk of deportation.
