According to the Victim or his/her Counsel:
No implementation. In March 2013 OMCT (as the representative of the author) met with the human rights representative of the Mission of Côte d'Ivoire in Geneva. She indicated the intention of the government to implement the decision, but nothing has yet been done. The author has not received any compensation and is still suffering the physical and psychological effects of his treatment. He has not had the necessary operation on his eye due to lack of financial resources.
