Recommendations

<p>Pursuant to article 2 (3) (a) of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the authors with an effective remedy. In implementation of this obligation, the State party should make full reparation to the persons whose rights under the Covenant have been violated. Consequently, the State party should ensure that due process is followed in the relevant suits at law, in accordance with article 14 (1) of the Covenant and the present Views.</p>
